It's winter again!

No surprise here: it almost feels like winter once again. The upside of it is that it feels double nice to stay at home and work, which is precisely what I am doing.

Digged out these 2 images - the fur-clad lady is by El Greco & the Emperor Sigismund by Pisanello - and remembered something I read years ago in the best book about the Russian mentality. The phrase went like this: "People who are forced to put dead animals on their heads & wear it for months on end....cannot possibly be normal".

In fact, I do hate wearing hats. Fur hats. Fancy ones are okay, once in a while.
